All our policies are as simple as I can make them.

Returns:  If you are not happy with the purchase you have made from me, for whatever reason, you can return it to me within 30 days of purchase.  As soon as it arrives safely, I will issue a full refund.  Please note, I do not reimburse outgoing or return shipping charges unless there was a material imperfection in the quality of the product.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").

The security of your Personal Information is important to me, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Timing is everything.  On rare occasions, I have received two orders for the same work before the website was updated to "Sold."  When this occurs, I accept the first order based on the time stamp of payment and then contact the other purchaser to issue a refund.  If ordering more than 4, we can combine order items to lower Shipping and Handling.  If ordering outside of this area, please email me with your shipping address for an adjusted rate.  Orders are generally shipped within 1 week of order placement.  If you need your order expedited or require client approval, let me know.
